THRILL® holds exclusive rights to the THRILL wordmark in Class 25 (Clothing, Footwear, Headgear) across India. Competing applications for “THRILL” in Class 25 have been refused by the Trade Marks Registry — confirming THRILL®'s status as the sole lawful owner of this mark in the clothing category.

Any other brand, individual, or business using the word “THRILL” in connection with clothing, apparel, footwear, or headgear in India is in violation of Y. Murali Krishna's registered trademark rights.

• Brand identity and typography
