RETURNS & REFUNDS
THE STANDARD DOCTRINE: NO RETURNS.
All drops are highly limited events. Once an asset is acquired, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect sizing. Review the size charts strictly before securing your piece.
DEFECTIVE OR COMPROMISED ASSETS
If you receive a defective garment (e.g., severe printing errors, compromised stitching, or incorrect item), you must report it within 72 hours of delivery.
EXCHANGE PROTOCOL
1. Email thrillcc@gmail.com with your order number and photographic evidence of the defect.
2. Our operatives will review the intel. If approved, we will initiate a replacement process.
3. We do not offer refunds, only direct replacements for compromised assets.
